Sanderson von der Sunday Assembly in London verschickt einen Newsletter, den wir diesmal hier teilen möchten:
It’s time to shove your nose in the rose. What’s all this about roses?
Well, if you’re anything like us, you spend much of your time weeding, spreading manure, taking the stones out of the flower beds and worrying about the weather in the garden of your life.
We spend so much time working in the garden that we forget to shove our noses in the roses.
We All Do It.
At Sunday Assembly we sometimes get so fixated on trying to figure out how to redesign the congregational community in a secular, inclusive and evidence based way that we forget to look at all the things that are already going so well.
It’s time to take out a couple of minutes out from the garden chores to smell those blooms!
Think about something that you have achieved – and pat yourself on the back (maybe do it literally). Think about something good someone has done for you – and let him or her know.
